Hailing from the Chicago area, Carrie embarked on her real estate journey following her graduation from Purdue University, where she majored in Broadcast Journalism. Her career as a Realtor® commenced in 1995 in Carmel, Indiana, where she joined forces with a local builder.

Carrie’s professional trajectory took a significant leap in 2000 when she played a pivotal role in launching a real estate brokerage, which eventually extended its reach to 16 locations across the nation.

2015 marked a notable milestone in Carrie’s career as she founded an independent luxury real estate consulting firm in the vibrant Carmel Arts and Design District. Today, she leads the #1 Midsize team in volume in the state of Indiana, specializing in luxury properties for both buyers and sellers. Her profound knowledge of the Carmel and nearby real estate markets has made her an indispensable consultant to the region’s premier developers and builders.

Carrie’s expertise and dedication have been consistently recognized. Since 2012, she has been an annual recipient of the Five Star Agent award and was celebrated as Indy’s top producer in 2018. In 2021, her unparalleled skills led to her appointment as the first founding broker of Compass Real Estate in Indiana, a globally renowned firm known for its innovative marketing and advanced technology.
